Big projects often start with small changes. The owners of this villa planned to make cosmetic repairs, but everything ended in a full reconstruction.  “We were going to change just a few details,” says Tobias Petri, co-founder of Holzrausch.  “A couple of wooden panels here, a couple of cupboards there… In the end, we renovated the whole house and garden to accommodate.”
