Park Studio, in collaboration with Üçadam, designed and built Gram Games’ Istanbul office, crafting a dynamic environment that seamlessly integrates the company’s creative ethos with functional design. A great team is a product of two things: raw talent and a great working environment—a philosophy that underpins the design of Gram Games’ Istanbul office. The workspace embodies principles of collaboration, comfort, and innovation, aligning with Gram Games’ commitment to fostering talent within an inspiring setting.

Drawing inspiration from industrial elements such as brick walls, wooden accents, and concrete finishes, the design modernizes these features to reflect a contemporary workplace infused with a youthful and fresh ambiance. The strategic use of layered, tactile materials creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere, seamlessly blending design principles with the fundamental needs of a productive workspace.

The office layout fosters open communication, encouraging teams to collaborate, share knowledge, and thrive in a fun, engaging environment. Open workspaces are thoughtfully designed to prioritize employee well-being, incorporating natural daylight and carefully selected functional materials that enhance concentration and minimize external distractions. This harmonious environment reflects the brand while prioritizing the comfort and productivity of its occupants.

The project utilized a thoughtful combination of materials to achieve optimal acoustics and a balanced aesthetic. Tile carpet was used in closed rooms and open office areas for sound absorption, while open ceilings were treated with Sonaspray, a recycled, fire-rated decorative acoustic spray. Felt was incorporated in ceiling and vertical applications, adding warmth and texture while enhancing acoustic performance. By combining contrasting materials—hard and soft, smooth and textured—the design creates depth and a visually engaging atmosphere that supports both functionality and comfort.

The design seamlessly integrates Gram Games’ artistic spirit by incorporating visual elements such as artwork, graphics, and lightboxes crafted by the company’s own artists. These bespoke creations serve as a direct reflection of Gram Games’ creative ethos, fostering a deeper connection between the workspace and the imaginative worlds the team develops. These elements not only personalize the office but also celebrate the talent and innovation within the organization, reinforcing the brand’s unique identity throughout the environment.
