- The design of the Ørsted office is a harmonious combination of Scandinavian simplicity and gently activating functional space. It creates an environment that is conducive to both individual work and teamwork. The layout avoids overwhelming open spaces, instead fostering a sense of community and cooperation. This space perfectly fits Ørsted’s guidelines for office design, encapsulated in their motto: “Love your workplace.”
- A human-centered approach
- Ørsted’s commitment to putting employees at the heart of its corporate philosophy is evident throughout the design. Every element, from the furniture to the acoustics, has been chosen to enhance comfort and productivity. This isn’t just a workspace; it’s a place where employees feel valued and inspired.
- Aesthetic and functional harmony
- The design combines soft, natural textures with vibrant colors, achieving a balance between calm and stimulation. Soft curves and non-linear elements are used extensively, creating a fluid, organic look, reminiscent of nature but firmly rooted in the urban environment.
- Sustainability and well-being
- The materials and finishes used in the office are chosen with sustainability in mind. The design promotes well-being through the use of natural light, ergonomic furniture and green spaces, creating a biophilic environment that reduces stress and increases creativity.
- Ørsted’s office design has been praised for its innovative approach to creating a productive yet relaxing workspace. Employees feel more engaged and less stressed, attributing this to thoughtful design choices that put their needs first.
- The Ørsted office project is a unique combination of aesthetic beauty and functional excellence. This project stands out from other offices completed in Warsaw / Poland over the last 30 years, among many great projects. It brings something new, fresh and very interesting. It is another edition of the combination of scientific approach and great design that is worth paying attention to. The project shows how thoughtful design can transform the workspace into a nurturing environment that supports employee well-being and productivity. This office is proof of how the power of design can create spaces where people love to work.
- Ørsted is a leader in wind energy, currently best known for the construction of a wind farm in the Baltic Sea together with PGE. As Workplace, we had the pleasure of working with Ørsted for the fourth time, supporting them in the design of new office spaces.
- This time, the largest floor in terms of surface area located in the core of the Varso II building had to be arranged for 200 people, in accordance with the Love Your Workplace guidelines by Ørsted and zoned into three main common denominators of all the Client’s offices around the world: collaboration, connection and concentration.
- In this project, we have once again taken care of the environment. This is a strategic goal of Ørsted. A large part of the movable furniture was reused from previous projects or refurbished. The materials we select for Ørsted find a common denominator with the assumptions of previous projects and brand guidelines. The finishing elements are recycled, have environmental certificates, a certificate e.g. cradle to cradle or are reused.
- The colors and designed shapes result from our many years of constantly deepening knowledge based on neuroscience, well-being, comfort and efficiency at work. This, combined with the Love Your Workplace by Ørsted brandbook, which we had the opportunity to co-create a few years ago, gives the results of an office that puts people first.
