- With the post-pandemic, the modern office has become a space for integration and socialization, with communal areas with a predominance of green areas and the free enjoyment of people.
- PNM, a law office in Vila Madalena, is located inside the Corujas Building, another FGMF project, which seeks to create a more humanized space for work, going against the traditional mirrored glass buildings that are common in São Paulo. In addition to the enclosed work area, the place has its own garden. The decor and structure feature lots of plants, transparent walls and places to rest.
- The Corujas Building has internal living spaces that allow people from different companies to get to know each other, as well as being pet-friendly. The project started from a basic premise: these are not just offices to work in, but office spaces with generous balconies and private gardens.
