此次的售楼处设计皆以煤矿、 晶体为设计线索， 从盘面布局开始都以晶体煤矿 的切线为概念进行平面布置。 在选材上， 接待台运用古木纹大理石， 空间中穿插黑色石纹艺术漆与灯膜， 同时强调质感与对比度。

空间的开篇立场明确， 用强烈的明暗对比， 将故事线直接抛出， 设计意图开门见山。

硬装与主题艺术装置 以不同层次的交流， 让光展开对话， 有了生命， 成为有形之物。

设计师在这个空间里 设计了一个有趣的艺术装置， 以超现代的艺术手法塑造了一个动效场景， 表达了矿区被第一束光破开的瞬间。 艺术装置以仿石皮与亚克力为主材， 形象，生动，震撼， 视觉效果与空间意向呼应倍至。

空间的墙面 以阿尔卑斯白岩板与乱纹金属共同构建， 营造出强烈的时空穿梭感。

整个沙盘区的空间概念简洁统一， 整体表达的是 向上、光亮、遥望、希望。

用金属线条增强轮廓感， 以不同的几何形状拼贴想象， 设计师说以这个空间致敬每一位煤矿工人。

设计师延续之前的叙事风格， 在空间里继续演绎着他们的想象， 对当下和未来。

洽谈区的立面造型 统一序列形式的设计， 利用基础的三角形体块 做出天花与墙面的结合与呼应。

线条与棱角无处不在， 继续将闪耀和重生的故事堆叠、 延展、铺陈至每一个角落。

整个售楼处 通过平面布局把柱体 消耗在了墙体内， 立面墙体做了斜切、凹凸、 分割的设计手法以 呼应整个设计主题。

切面三角 是天花造型也是立面造型， 独立开茶桌与儿童空间， 却也统一在一起。 蜿蜒曲折的灯具中和 空间中的棱角。

整个空间唯一的曲线 出现在洽谈区， 以艺术灯组的形式 将空间内形式感强烈的 锋利线条柔和。

水吧台 部分的“黑金”艺术装置， 同样采用古木纹， 在大的斜切面上 用乱纹古铜不锈钢， 呼应了主题和开篇。
