CHAPTER II. Penthouse. KITCHEN AND DINNING ZONE
Future buyers of Hikari will be provided with fully equipped kitchens and wardrobes. All systems have already been meticulously planned and designed to meet ergonomic standards. My task was not only to create visualizations but also to select the finishing materials for the spaces, including the kitchen fronts and island. The Penthouse stands out from other luxury segment apartments in every aspect, from the finishes to the electrical sockets and switches. The kitchen fronts will be furnished by FMG, Mesons, and Laminam DINNING ZONE
For the dining area, I have selected chairs and a table from Vipp, adding a touch of elegance and style to the space.
In the kitchen area, we will install a steam oven, a 5-in-1 oven, a coffee machine, and a cup warming feature, as well as Sous-vide and vacuum sealing technology from Asko. Below them, a dishwasher will be installed. There will also be a large wine cabinet in the corner from Liebherr
On the island, there is a cooktop with a grill and a built-in extractor hood from Bora. This combination provides a versatile cooking experience and efficient ventilation, ensuring a pleasant cooking environment and effective removal of odors and smoke
It was important to showcase all the systems to potential buyers, including the functionality of all the pull-out cabinets, allowing them to experience the space as if they were already living in it. The sink features a Guglielmi mixer
From the kitchen area, you can effortlessly access the Aromatic Garden, where herbs, vegetables, and spices are grown. This convenient arrangement allows for easy access to fresh and homegrown ingredients for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner
We wanted to showcase how the chosen flooring will beautifully evolve over time on the terrace. Initially, the terrace boards will have a vibrant warm tone of Tauba, resembling the warmth of wood. However, as time passes, they will gradually develop a grey ashy hue, creating a unique effect. We have presented this transformation below for you to appreciate its charm
All internal opening and closing systems for the cabinets are provided by Kesseboehmer. It was part of my task to determine the placement of these systems according to my preference. The client entrusted me completely in this matter, allowing me the freedom to create functional and user-friendly storage solutions throughout the kitchen. With Kesseboehmer's high-quality systems, the cabinets offer smooth operation, ample storage space, and efficient organization, enhancing the overall functionality and aesthetics of the kitchen
The kitchen island is also equipped with built-in sockets from EvoLine. They are seamlessly integrated into the countertop, creating a flush surface. With a simple press, the sockets pop up, and when not in use, they can be easily concealed, maintaining a sleek and uninterrupted appearance of the island
