江南灶中餐厅，位于南京金鹰酒店50层。是以淮扬风味为主的高端中餐厅，餐厅秉承以精简的配料及加工手段，突出淮扬菜清鲜平和、用料严谨和风格雅丽的特点，引领食客开启一场别具东方古韵的江淮水乡美食之旅，用精湛的匠心技艺为金陵饕餮客呈现云端美味奢享体验。
Jiangnanzao Chinese restaurant is located on the 50th floor of Nanjing Golden Eagle Hotel. It is a high-end Chinese restaurant with Huaiyang flavor as its main flavor. Adhering to the simple ingredients and processing methods, the restaurant highlights the characteristics of fresh and peaceful Huaiyang cuisine, strict materials and elegant style, leading diners to open a gourmet tour of Jianghuai water town with unique oriental charm, and present delicious and luxurious experience for Jinling gluttonous customers with exquisite craftsmanship.

设计师擅长将自然生活转化为空间中的元素，以江南乡村聚落为灵感，传统聚落具有丰富形式的，其背后具有相似的空间原型。设计打破原本单调的空间框架，融合了传统建筑的屋檐、聚集的村落、乡间的小道等元素，以建筑的手法，重塑原本单一的空间，最终以古铜、木材呈现了一个个聚落的空间。穹顶有机曲线与屋檐的直线对比结合，也实现了视觉效果的平衡与和谐。设计提取聚落房屋元素，以当代的艺术语言重组，点缀在极具建筑空间感的室内，实现一场传统与现代建筑的张力碰撞，将自由精神与当代意识融为一体，唤醒南京人累积的场域记忆。
Designers are good at transforming natural life into elements of space. Inspired by the rural settlements in the south of the Yangtze River, the traditional settlements have rich forms and have similar spatial prototypes behind them. The design breaks the original monotonous space frame, and integrates the eaves of traditional buildings, gathered villages, rural roads and other elements, reshapes the original single space with architectural methods, and finally presents the settlement space with ancient copper and wood. The organic curve of dome is combined with the straight line contrast of eaves to realize the balance and harmony of visual effect. The design extracts the elements of settlement houses, reorganizes them with contemporary artistic language, decorates the interior with a strong sense of architectural space, realizes a tension collision between traditional and modern architecture, integrates the spirit of freedom and contemporary consciousness, and awakens the accumulated field memory of Nanjing people.

设计整体以深棕为基调，点缀深浅相搭的原木色泽、质感雅致的黄铜，跳跃与沉稳的色彩相互交织，产生了细腻的层次感，充分塑造了一个具有格调与品质感的空间。
The whole design takes dark brown as the keynote, interspersed with deep and light log color and elegant brass. The jumping and steady colors interweave with each other to produce a delicate sense of hierarchy and fully create a space with style and quality.

作为南京市市花的梅花，位于二十四番花信之首，不仅花貌疏影清雅，五瓣花瓣更有“梅开五福”的吉祥之意。设计师提取梅花花型，保留其最经典的符号，为天花打造层次丰富、光影映衬的艺术光感。如同日光照射下，梅花暗香飘荡般的光影洒落其间，这些交错的花瓣是生命的印记，亦形成了一种磅礴的艺术张力。在满足基本功能性照明的基础前提下，越来越多的氛围照明，装置照明，场景控制成为了当下品味高端餐饮的基本诉求。
As the city flower of Nanjing, plum blossom is at the top of twenty-four letters. It is not only elegant in appearance but also auspicious in five petals. The designer extracts the shape of plum blossom, retains its most classic symbol, and creates artistic light feeling with rich levels and light and shadow for smallpox. As the sun shines, the plum blossom's dark fragrance is like the light and shadow. These interlaced petals are the marks of life and form a kind of majestic artistic tension. Under the premise of meeting the basic functional lighting, more and more atmosphere lighting, installation lighting and scene control have become the basic demands of high-end catering.

“梅花”作为主题概念元素，被演绎在空间的不同细节中，形成贯穿整个空间的主题式设计。墙面的亮眼梅花墙饰，定制的瓷砖构成的图案也呼应了梅花的元素。无数的花瓣造型元素共同构成江南灶的精彩绽放之势。
As a theme concept element, "plum blossom" is deduced in different details of the space, forming a theme design throughout the whole space. The beautiful plum blossom wall decoration on the wall and the pattern composed of custom-made ceramic tiles also echo the elements of plum blossom. Numerous petal modeling elements together constitute the splendid blooming trend of Jiangnan kitchen.

茶座区位于进门的焦点区域，它的设计区别于常规的做法，融入了传统园林的构想，顾客随着空间动线，经过一条干净又充满体验感的“林间小道”，现代解构的屋檐下，围合出一处可供品鉴、交流、休闲的场所，设计在此构设了多种就座场景，匹配不同人群的多元需求。家具的款式呈现简单而不失高级的品质感，红棕色、原木与黑色，叠合出不同的色彩层次，尽显典雅。
The tea house area is located in the focus area of the entrance. Its design is different from the conventional practice and integrates the concept of traditional garden. With the space moving line, customers pass through a clean and experienced "forest path". Under the eaves of modern deconstruction, a place for appreciation, communication and leisure is enclosed. The design constructs a variety of seating scenes to match the number of different groups of people Meta requirements. The style of furniture presents a simple but high-level sense of quality, red brown, log and black, superimposed into different color levels, showing elegance.

《易·未济》有云：“各居其方，使皆得安其所。”这寓意着——以方能安居，居得其所。以传承、接受、焕古的视角，让现代的空间增添了几分地方特色。有时候，我们的空间设计必须超越纯粹的功能的诉求，结合传统建筑文化，实现空间的精神意义，触发人们心灵深处的灵魂共鸣。
"Yi · Weiji" has a saying: "each living in its own way, so that all can have their place." This implies that only in this way can we live in peace and contentment. From the perspective of inheritance, acceptance and rejuvenation, the modern space has added some local characteristics. Sometimes, our space design must go beyond the pure function demand, combine with the traditional architectural culture, realize the spiritual significance of space, and trigger the soul resonance in people's hearts.
