Serena uses Windsor-type chairs as reference aiming to deliver a new and fresher look to it but without giving away too much of its main identity. By using bent wood with a round profile the armchair intends to explore some organic and harmonious silhouettes in a tangible manner.
That is done specially by crossing the legs, back and arms in a singular way which pushes some technical techniques to the limit and gives it a distinctively look. The soft seat and the pillow allow to offer aesthetically appealing combinations but also a comfy look and feel. The attention to detail was a constant consideration and can be appreciated by looking at the joints used to connect the components.
