Lead Interior Designer
1.室内设计相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历，四年以上设计行业相关工作经验，经验丰富者优先考虑；
2.具备项目管理经验，熟悉项目运作流程及成本预算，能独立主持完成整套项目方案工作及后期与客户的跟踪服务；
3.能跟踪行业前沿趋势，不断增强品牌策略意识保持设计的先锋性；
4.熟悉各类材料及施工工艺的应用，对关键设计技术有自己独到见解；
5.良好的团队协作能力及超群的沟通技巧；
6.良好的审美能力、艺术修养、个人形象气质及品德；
7.熟练运用AutoCAD、Sketchup、Word、
Excel、Photoshop、Indesign等软件，具备相关专业的知识。
1. Major in interior design, bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years relevant working experience in design industry, rich experience is preferred;
2. Experienced in project management, familiar with project operation process and cost budget, able to independently lead and complete the whole set of project scheme work and follow-up service with customers in the later stage;
3. Able to track frontier trend of the industry, constantly enhance the awareness of brand strategy and apply it to the design;
4. Familiar with the application of various materials and construction techniques, and have unique opinions on key design techniques;
5. Good teamwork spirit and excellent communication skills;
6. Good aesthetics, artistic culture, personal image, and moral character;
7. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Word, Excel, Photoshop, Indesign and other softwares, and have relevant professional knowledge.
● 室内设计师/助理设计师
Interior Designer
1.室内设计相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历，三年以上设计行业相关工作经验，国内外优秀艺术院校背景优先考虑；
2.具备独立完成项目的经验，快速的理解反应能力，配合团队进行创意点的转换输出，配合实现方案落地；
3.能及时跟踪行业前沿趋势，不断增强品牌策略意识保持设计的先锋性；
4.了解各类材料及施工工艺的应用，并以独特的理解输出到设计中；
5.良好的团队协作能力及沟通技巧，能配合团队形成良好的沟通学习氛围；
6.具备职业责任心、上进心，良好的审美能力、艺术修养、个人形象气质；
7.熟练运用AutoCAD、Sketchup、Word、Excel、
Photoshop、Indesign等软件，具备相关专业知识。
✦ 助理职能可参此标准，配合主案设计师完成相关工作。

● 资深深化设计师（后期及现场跟进）
Senior Detailing Designer
1.室内专业本科以上学历，三年以上室内设计相关工作经验；
2.有组织绘制扩初、施工图及施工配合、落地驻场经验,可独立主持完成整套项目工作，对项目组织有一定的掌控力；
3.良好的团队协作能力及超群的沟通技巧；
4.良好的审美能力、艺术修养、个人形象气质；
5.熟练运用相关设计绘图软件 AutoCAD、
Adobe Creative Suite、 PowerPoint，具备相关专业的知识。
1. Bachelor degree or above in interior design, more than 3 years experience in interior design;
2. Experienced in organizing and drawing preliminary expansion and construction plan, also experienced in construction coordination and on-site management, can independently lead and complete the whole set of project work, and have certain control over the project organization;
3. Good teamwork and excellent communication skills;
4. Good aesthetics, artistic culture, and presonal image;
5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, with relevant professional knowledge.
● 施工图深化设计师
Tech Drawing Designer
1.室内设计相关专业专科以上学历，两年以上室内设计公司画图实践工作经历；
2.了解室内结构和构造知识，熟悉相关规条例，了解材料、设备等各专业配合的技术信息；
3.能够较好的理解设计师的设计理念和意图，配合设计师做好深化设计工作，完成室内施工图设计、制图等工作；
4.对项目认真负责，良好的沟通及理解能力，积极思考并解决问题，具有良好的的审美能力、个人形象气质及品德；
5.熟练运用 AutoCAD、PowerPoint、Adobe Creative Suite 等相关设计软件；
6.有驻场经验者优先。
1. Junior College Degree or above in related interior design majors, working experience of plan drawing in interior design companies for 2 years and above;
2. Solid knowledge and good understanding of the indoor structure, familiar with relevant regulations, technical information of materials, equipment and other professional cooperation;
3. Good understanding of the designer's design concepts and intentions, cooperate with the designer to deepen the design work, complete the interior construction drawing design and drawing work;
4. Detail oriented and responsible towards the project, good communication and understanding skills, active thinking and problem solving skills, Good aesthetics, artistic culture, and personal image;
5. Proficient with AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite and other related design softwares;
6. Those with on-site experience are preferred.
● 资深软装设计师
Soft Decoration Designer
1.本科以上学历，室内、环艺、美术相关专业；
2.三年以上酒店/地产/办公类软装设计工作经验，有星级酒店设计经验者优先；
3.熟悉家私和软装饰材料的品类、流行趋势及市场行情；
4.良好的空间尺度感，对色彩和材质搭配能力强，能熟悉区别各种设计格调，准确把握设计格调开展陈设挑选设计工作；
5.掌握酒店设计的基本功能要求、使用要求及美观要求，并对园林景观设计有一定了解；
6.良好的审美能力、艺术修养、个人形象气质；
7.熟练掌握并操作Sketchup、AutoCAD、
Photoshop、CorelDraw、Word等相关软件，能够独立完成CAD图纸制作、修改、校对。
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in interior, environmental art, fine arts, etc;
2. At least 3 years working experience in hotel/real estate/office soft decoration design, star hotel design experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with the categories, trends and market conditions of furniture and soft decoration materials;
4. Good sense of space scale, strong ability to coordinate colors and materials, familiar with different design styles, can accurately grasp the design style to carry out display selection and design work;
5. Master the basic functional, practical use, and aesthetic requirements of hotel design, and have a certain understanding of garden landscape design;
6. Good aesthetic, artistic culture, and personal image temperament and moral character;
7. Proficient in Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Word and other related software; able to independently operate CAD drawings, modifications, and proofreading.
● 平面/视觉设计师
Graphic Designer
1.本科以上学历，平面视觉传达设计相关专业，两年及以上平面相关设计经验或品牌设计经验，具有一定的空间、家具、品牌审美能力；
2.对空间设计感兴趣，愿意拓展和研究不同维度的视觉传达表达，喜欢新鲜事物，善于学习，对互联网新媒体新趋势有研究；
3.对公司所服务的品牌进行视觉形象，VI等平面元素与空间进行配合设计，对公司公众号与网站的更新内容进行规划，排版设计及维护；
4.具有良好的审美与创意，表达能力强，热爱设计，有创造力，对设计有执着追求，具有良好的个人形象气质及品德；
5.熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、In Design等基础平面设计软件，AutoCAD熟练者更佳；
6.具有一定文字功底的优先考虑。
1. Bachelor degree or above in graphic visual communication design or related majors, two years or above working experience of graphic design or brand design, with a certain space, furniture, brand aesthetic ability;
2. Interested in spatial design, willing to expand and study different dimensions of visual communication expression, adventurous, good learning and research abilities on new trends in Internet new media;
3. Able to combine visual image, VI, other graphic elements with spatial design for our customers. Manage our official Wechat account and website in terms of content planning, layout design, maintenance etc；
4. Have good sense of aesthetics and creativity, strong expression skills, love design and have persistent pursuit of design, good personal image and moral character;
5. Proficiency in using basic graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design etc., proficiency in AUTOCAD is preferred;
6. Good writing skills is preferred.
● 效果图设计师
Renderings Designer
1.室内设计相关专业专科以上学历,两年以上室内设计公司效果图绘图工作经历，有大空间表现经验；
2.可以独立而高效地完成项目效果图制作，能独立建模、渲染、后期制作，对材质及灯光渲染的把控能力强。能理解空间，对空间搭配、色彩、构图有一定的审美，具有丰富的视觉表达；
3.能够较好的理解设计师的设计理念和意图，思路清晰，配合设计师做好空间氛围表达工作，具有好的审美能力，可以提供独到的效果表现创意视点；
4.对项目认真细心负责，良好的沟通及理解能力，积极思考并解决问题，具有良好的审美能力、个人形象气质及品德；
5.精通3Dmax、CAD 、sketchup建模、能处理异形等复杂的造型模型。精通Vray渲染，并具有较强的Photoshop后期绘图能力。
1. Junior College degree or above with related interior design major, at least two years working experience in renderings of interior design companies and experienced in large space performance;
2. Able to complete the production of project renderings independently and efficiently, as well as independent modeling, rendering and post-production. Have great ability to control material and lighting rendering. Have rich and vaied visual expression,with a certain degree of aesthetic to space collocation, color and pic composition;
3. Able to better understand designer's design concept and intention with clear thinking and cooperate with designer to express spatial atmosphere. Have good aesthetics, able to offer unique output from the creative point of view;
4. Detail orjented and responsible towards the project, good communication and understanding skill, positive thinking and problem solving skills, good aesthetics, artistic culture, and moral character presonal image;
5. Proficient in 3DMA、CAD and SketchUp modeling, able to deal with complex modeling such as alien shapes. Proficient in VRay rendering and good at Photoshop post-drawing.
