KHID has achieved the design of an Australian state government department office located in Melbourne, Australia.
Working closely together with the Australian state government and Capitol Commercial Builders, KHID delivered the design and documentation for the 10,500m2 fitout in record time.
With only 10 months from conception to client occupation the project demanded precise specifications to be on budget and within time frame.
Capturing the requirements of the Victorian State Government Fitout Guidelines, the outcome is flexible to meet the needs of an ever changing workforce. With the opportunity to inter-change meeting spaces for offices and move from allocated team seating to an agile workplace.
Our clients feedback highlighted the design process was collaborative and although the design process moved rapidly KHID ensured client feedback and brief were fully incorporated into the final product.
