KOKUYO International in-house design team realized the offices for Agoda Services, an online travel booking platform, located in Bangkok, Thailand. There’re 3 main core of design for this project. Firstly, is to blend the new agoda branding image, agoji, to the working space. White and black is the basic color for overall office space then we splash 5 colors of agoda logo mark as the accent of decoration, to make office more lively and fresh. You can see 5 colors in form of wall painting, floor finishing and upholstery fabric. Secondly, everywhere is communication space is another challenge for us make the space perfect for 342 staff who usually do on & off meeting all day. So, we could create 4 pax meeting rooms, 6-8 pax meeting rooms, 12-15 meeting rooms, 3 connected training rooms, mini town hall which can accommodate 80-100 pax, collaboration space and phone booth. The third concept is to apply biophillic design into the space. We created plant wall as the divider between each group of workstation. We didn’t install blind all over space to allow natural lighting into the working space. At the end of the project, the overall atmosphere makes staff feel comfort and enjoy working in the space.
