Finastra has proudly opened its new offices in Bucharest, an inspiring workplace with a truly statement design approach signed by AMA Design.
Finastra, a global leader in financial services software and cloud solutions, planned to move into a new and bigger office in order to accommodate its fast growth and hired AMA Design to create their new workplace. The site, which hosts over 550 employees and contractors over three floors, is located in the brand new Orhideea Towers, in the business district of Bucharest.
In their brief for the architecture company, Finastra pointed out that the new offices need to offer an environment where employees can truly collaborate and innovate. A work space to inspire employees, breed creativity and encourage collaboration.
Consequently, the design concept developed by AMA Design came with playful patterns and colors that are not shy at all, with a very cozy overall look & feel. The working spaces are alternated with meeting rooms of various sizes and styles, and the lunch areas and relaxation rooms are now social spaces designed with different themes, including even a small gym space. Special attention was given to lighting and therefore the whole place enjoys an abundance of custom designed lighting fixtures.
The informal areas and kitchenettes are so cool that definitely worth to be seen. In order to control the overall noise level, the entire office space is carefully spiced-up with original acoustic elements that surround all the meeting places. The facilities incorporate some of the most modern technology, including unified communication enabled rooms, video conference units, and wide touch screens enabling easy inter-connectivity between users in Bucharest and other offices around the world.
