“之间” | 西子湖畔的家，焕然一新的交互空间

越来越多的年轻人选择到大城市发展，居住问题基本都依靠租房解决。不够私密、舒适的居住环境，很大程度影响了人们的生活品质与内在情绪，而身处同一空间下的人们却很少有交集与沟通。

More and more young people are choosing to develop in big cities, and the living problems are basically solved by renting houses.The lack of privacy and comfortable living environment has a great impact on people's life quality and inner emotions, while people in the same space have little interaction and communication.

说在前面

于是，我们时常在思考一个问题：设计是否可以改变租房的现状，创造更丰富的交流空间？从而使人们在交互的过程中感受到温暖，不再是单独的灵魂个体。

So, we often think about a question: design can change the status quo of rental housing, to create a more rich communication space? So that people in the process of interaction feel warm, no longer a single individual soul.

2019年一个契机，我们受邀设计位于杭州柳浪闻莺景区附近的租房改造计划。毗邻风景名胜区，它的内在环境却令人堪忧，尤其是空间布局与采光通透性上。密斯·凡德罗曾说空间是流动的，于是，我们将这一理念融入了整体空间的设计思考中——

In 2019, we were invited to design a renovation project for a rented house near the scenic area of Yingying in Liulang, Hangzhou. Adjacent to the List of National Parks of China, but its internal environment is worrying, especially in terms of spatial layout and daylighting permeability. The Ludwig Mies van der Rohe once said that space is fluid, so we call this concept into the design thinking of the whole space, as if it were.

从入门玄关开始，我们设置了多处不规则的视觉流动型空间。原本的卧室区域改为下沉式交流区，增设更多体验感极强的交流空间。

Starting with the entry level, we set up a number of irregular visual flow spaces. The original bedroom area was replaced by a sunken communication area, adding more communication space with a strong sense of experience.

包括摒弃原本的楼梯，设计了由两块几何形的木质面板，构成强烈的体块型视觉印象，打破刻板印象，由此连接上下两层之间的内在联系。

Including the original staircase, designed by two geometric wooden panels, forming a strong visual impression of the block type, breaking the stereotype, thus connecting the two levels of internal contact.

所谓流动性不单展现在构成上，茶室里侧的芦苇砂石景观，让身置于此的人感受到亲近自然的体验感。楼梯下方设置了模拟水光感的景观台，雪浪石在波浪不锈钢与射灯的映衬下，带来波光粼粼的画面感。自然景观本身所秉持的气韵流动感，在空间内无声弥漫着。

The so-called mobility is not only shown in the composition, the side of the tea room reed sand stone landscape, so that people placed here feel close to the experience of nature. At the bottom of the stairs, a water-light-sensitive observation platform is set up. Against the background of the wave stainless steel and spotlights, the snow wave stone brings a sparkling image. Natural landscape itself uphold the sense of flow of gas rhyme, in the space filled with silence.

东方传统建筑中最常见的元素同样清晰可辨，我们保留了卧室内老房遗留的红砖，企图在这个追求精致的年代，保留一些粗糙的原始质感。

The most common elements of Traditional Oriental Architecture are also clearly visible, and we have retained the red brick of the old bedroom in an attempt to retain some of the rough and primitive texture of this age of refinement.

大面积运用的实木面板及墙面的斑驳感，都给人带来松弛放松的体验感。
