位于深圳CBD核心地段的中国华润大厦，2018年建成后晋升为深圳湾新地标，是云集了深圳湾一号／阿里巴巴等企业总部的核心区域。本案为某集团金融服务中心深圳办公室。懒猫创意通过更进一步了解客户企业的文化及其对项目的定位，提炼相应的设计元素融入空间设计中。

Located in the core area of Shenzhen CBD, China Resources Building was promoted to the new landmark of Shenzhen Bay after completion in 2018. It is the core area where corporate headquarters such as Shenzhen Bay No. 1 / Alibaba are gathered. The design object of this case is the Shenzhen office of a group's financial service center. The Lazy Cat Creative DesignTM integrates the corresponding design elements into the space design by further understanding the culture of the client company and its positioning of the project.

本项目设计面积608平方米。客户企业期望能创造一个具有高品质金融科技感的商务空间作为对外窗口。相较于外部元素，懒猫更重注企业文化和其价值观，通过空间传达企业理念和“海”的胸襟。以绿色生态科技发展为设计内核，我们用设计传递不一样的印象，挖掘企业精神，解读建筑与空间、空间与品牌的关系，引领创新性办公环境风尚。

The design area of the project is 608m2. The client company expects to create a business space with high-quality financial technology, which serves as a "window" for external communication. Compared to external elements, Lazy Cat Creative Design pays more attention to corporate culture and its values, and conveys corporate philosophy and "wideness of the sea" through space. Taking the development of green ecological technology as the core of design, we use design to convey different impressions, explore the spirit of enterprise, interpret the relationship between architecture and space, space and brand, and lead the innovative office environment.

以整个大厦圆形的核心筒轴线和同心圆来实现功能空间分隔，让整个异形空间线条感更加流畅自然，最大释放了内部空间通透性，无边的海景尽收眼底。

The functional space separation is achieved by the circular core axis and concentric circles of the entire building, so that the lines of the entire irregular shape are smoother and more natural. At the same time, the maximum internal space permeability is released, and the boundless sea view is completely visible.

作为办公空间，商业礼仪尤为重要。我们希望进入办公空间的每一位客户，都能感受到尊贵和诚意。空间的划分动静结合：左侧偏重开放共享，包括会议室／接待区／开放办公区／水吧台；右侧侧重配套休闲，有独立办公室／独立休闲区／vip商务室。

As an office space, business etiquette is especially important. We hope that every customer who enters the office space can feel honor and sincerity. The division of space makes the combination of dynamic and static: the left side is open and shared, including the conference room/reception area/open office area/water bar; the right side focuses on leisure, including independent office/independent leisure area/vip business room.

Shenzhen is regarded as an important perspective to observe contemporary China. The spirit of innovation, struggle and pragmatism has also attracted worldwide attention. A fully intelligent office system runs through every corner of the space. Face recognition, sound control, paperless conference system, background music, intelligent lighting and other intelligent experiences, which support the internationalized innovative office environment and convey the spirit of advancing with the times.

入口处的接待台将来者的视野引入整个空间。材质是空间的语言，背景的不锈钢竖条通过不同的角度排列形成似风拂过的琴键变化。“纳自然之形，建空间之意”。

The reception desk at the entrance introduces the entire space into the vision of the guest. The material is the language of the space, and the stainless steel vertical bars of the background are arranged at different angles to form a change like the keys that have been blown by the wind. 龙马精神是中华民族自古以来所崇尚的，代表了奋斗不止、自强不息的民族精神。集团总部位于内蒙古，和马有着密切的关系。艺术家将现代的艺术手法融入马形态的塑造，表达对精神家园的怀念。

The spirit of Longma is advocated by the Chinese nation since ancient times and represents the national spirit of struggle and self-improvement. The group is headquartered in Inner Mongolia and has a close relationship with the horses. The artist integrates modern artistic techniques into the shape of the horse and expresses his nostalgia for the spiritual home.

艺术是空间的底色，艺术作品应当具有人文关怀和文化启蒙。设计师根据行业属性及企业文化创作的雕塑作品“源”，通过一层层的亚克力、形似煤炭的石子，叠加构成树的姿态，形成虚实的变化，也成为吸引人驻留的一隅清净处。

Art is the background of space, and art works should have humanistic care and cultural enlightenment. The sculpture “Root”created by the designer according to the industry attribute and corporate culture, through the layers of acrylic, coal-like stones, superimposed to form the posture of the tree, forming a virtual and real change, becoming a clean place that attracts people to stay.

艺术的一个重要的功能是引导人们产生创作者想要激发的情绪，能够在观赏时产生情绪上的呼应。正如白色的翅膀雕塑，有展翅腾飞之意，象征开拓进取的精神。

An important function of art is to lead people to generate emotions that the creators want to inspire, and to generate emotional echoes when watching. Just like the white wing sculpture, there is the meaning of flying wings, symbolizing the spirit of pioneering and enterprising.

水吧台的顶面、地面、墙面划出一个独立区域块，切面的造型则呼应大厦的建筑结构，使得硬装与建筑相融，软装自硬装中生长。

The top surface, the ground and the wall of the water bar are marked with a separate area block. The shape of the cut surface echoes the building structure of the building, which makes the Finishing and the building blend together, and the Furnishing grows in the Finishing.

可容纳16个人的会议室，背景以水波纹为元素，与天花板的曲线交相呼应，传达了思想交流和碰撞的过程。环保高效的无纸化办公系统体现出深圳的特质--效率、务实、国际化。会议室和独立办公室的隔断使用雾化玻璃，两者的独立和开放可以自由切换。

The meeting room can accommodate at least 16 people. Its background uses water ripple elements that echo the curves of the ceiling, conveying the process of collision of ideas and communication. The environmentally-friendly and paperless office system reflects the characteristics of Shenzhen - efficiency, pragmatism and internationalization. The partitions of the conference room and the separate office use atomized glass, the independence and opening of the two can be switched freely.

公共区域由独立的门厅过渡到vip商务室。通过面部识别后，两扇门缓缓开启--仪式感和科技感正是通过这样的场景传达给来访者。整排的落地窗外，映入眼帘的是一览无余的绝佳海景，带来在云之巅的尊贵体验。

The public area transitions from a separate foyer to the vip business room. After facial recognition, the two doors slowly open - the sense of ritual and technology is conveyed to the visitors through such a scene. Out of the row of floor-to-ceiling windows, you will be greeted by an unobstructed view of the sea, bringing you a distinguished experience in the clouds.

高净值更多地是一类群体在思维想法、兴趣审美等方面的体现。享受交往的乐趣的同时，形成契机和共鸣，获得身份认同感。High net worth is more of a group's embodiment in thinking, aesthetics and other aspects. While enjoying the fun of social interaction, form an opportunity and resonate and gain a sense of identity.

茶室和德州扑克／品酒区集合在休闲区，东西方的商务接待礼仪的协调共融。磨砂皮质地／羊毛呢／石材的材质凸显高贵品质，配合舒适和开阔的景色，旨在打造开怀畅饮相聚言欢的场景体验。

The tea room and the Texas Hold'em/Tasting Area are gathered in the leisure area, and the business reception etiquette of the East and West is coordinated. The matte leather/wool/stone material accentuates the noble quality, with comfort and open views, designed to create a scene where you can enjoy a drink.

The ceiling and wall of the tea room blur the border to form a separate space. The reflection of the tea table on the stone is like a calm sea - peaceful and peaceful, where you can make friends through tea, and also interpret the beauty of tea.

办公空间的本质是人在这个空间可以达成成就。在空间内生活、工作时感受到舒适和便捷更利于形成愉悦关系和情感。懒猫倡导用设计思维解决实际问题，并以设计为载体，贯通各个环节。
