该度假住宅空间坐落在Case Inlet的森林斜坡上，在这里可以看到奥林匹克山和普格特海峡的景色。住宅空间在一处20英亩的场地上，建築面积为2600平方英尺。住宅空间一端是风化过的杉木包裹着的臥室体量，起居室和餐廳则位于醒目的水泥悬臂体量中，面向茂密的树林和自然景观。落地玻璃为餐饮空间和生活区带来了开阔的视野，高高的天花板则让人有着坐在户外树林中的感觉。

生活区上方有着一个宽阔的平屋顶，其上是一个露台。钢制楼梯穿过悬垂的屋顶平面，引领人们来到露台上。在这里可以看到海峡的景观和树林繁茂的枝叶。臥室体量大部分不透明，与透明的生活空间形成对比。臥室体量的开窗较小，而浴室有的窗户却很大，赋予使用者一种在森林中沐浴的仪式感。用IPE制成的木质地板从厨房里伸向南面的草地，形成一个室外平台，场景空间外用巨大的滑动玻璃门隔离，从而将场景空间的感觉直接延伸到室外。清晰的线条和天然材料（包括木头、水泥和金属）让設計显得匀称。这个低调的度假住宅空间成为了远离城市生活的圣所。
