本案为学区房，装修以实用居住为主，兼具美观，同时满足功能收纳。根据业主喜好和需求，以简约东方为切入点，通过不同的材质表达、立面分割、元素提取及运用，营造具有东方意境的适居场所。 This case is school district room, decorate with practical live give priority to, hold concurrently beautiful, satisfy a function to receive at the same time. 规划之初，在原有条件基础上，优先规划出开放区及私密区，有序排列出三个独立卧室，满足业主基本需求，再利用多功能区域，整合了琴房、茶室及家庭必须的收纳需要。
