The Armani Group and Mind Group announce their partnership for the Art Residence by Armani/Casa in Chengdu, China
米兰， 阿玛尼集团欣然宣布旗下阿玛尼室内设计工作室和门里集团独家携手，在中国成都设计并打造豪华住宅项目。
Milan, December 19th 2013 – The Armani Group is pleased to announce an exclusive partnership between the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Mind Group for the design and development of a luxurious residential project in the city of Chengdu, China.
这是乔治阿玛尼先生设计的首个中国房地产项目, 他将带领阿玛尼室内设计工作室设计双子塔大楼内的阿玛尼艺术公寓的住宅单位、公众区域和共有设施。
This will be the first residential development in China designed by Giorgio Armani, who will lead his Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio team in the creation of the residential units, common areas and amenities within the twin towers that constitute the Art Residence by Armani/Casa.
阿玛尼艺术公寓位处成都市中心的黄金地段，毗邻时尚的锦江及市区主要的商业和娱乐中心，并与具数百年历史的清代名筑望江楼公园隔江相望。以两栋222米的超高层建筑为主体，地面共计65层。
Consisting of two 222-meter high-rise buildings, each of 65 storeys, the Art Residence by Armani/Casa will be situated in a prime location in the centre of Chengdu, adjacent to the fashionable Jinjiang district and other areas for shopping and entertainment. Notably, just across the river lies the centuries-old Wang Jiang Park, built in the Qing Dynasty.
该项目拥有位于210米高度的天际恒温泳池，整体突显阿玛尼先生对美学的敏锐感知与他标志性的舒适感和实用性并重的手法。阿玛尼艺术公寓的每个公寓单位都将配套Armani/CASA家具、Armani/Dada厨柜、以及Armani/Roca卫浴等产品。
Featuring a swimming pool heated to a constant temperature on its rooftop, at a height of 210 metres, the new development will reflect Giorgio Armani's aesthetic sensibility and his hallmark sense of comfort and functionality throughout. Each apartment will be equipped with Armani/Casa furniture and accessories, an Armani/Dada kitchen and an Armani/Roca bathroom.

阿玛尼艺术公寓的住宅单位将会在2014年下半年公开发售。项目将于2016年竣工。
Residential units in the Art Residence by Armani/Casa in Chengdu, China, will be available for sale in the second half of 2014. The development is scheduled for completion in 2016.

More than ten years after its foundation, Armani/Casa is a world leader in the luxury furnishings sector. Since 2003, the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio has provided complete interior design services to private individuals and property developers, from the conceptual phase through to supervising the execution. 成都文华东方酒店
门里·东方荟项目由一栋88层333米高的文华东方酒店，两栋78层257.7米高的住宅，一座集水上博物馆、国际艺术中心的世界级艺术殿堂桥梁这四个部分组成。该项目还将横跨锦江，建成全球少有的世界级水上国际艺术中心。水上国际艺术中心整体呈桥型，将望江公园片区与九眼桥片区进行连接，其顶部绿草如茵，为连接锦江两岸的城市健康绿道，内部囊括水上博物馆、国际艺术中心、市民活动中心等设施，该项目总工期约四年半。为成都在建的最高项目。届时，被《财富》杂志评为世界排名第一的顶级豪华酒店——文华东方酒店将落户成都锦江之畔。这个由文华东方酒店集团和门里集团倾力打造的酒店综合体项目，将以333米的极致高度问鼎成都建筑“第一高度”，并以多项全球首创的建筑设计理念，成为锦江之畔的成都城市地标。
门里·东方荟项目由中国西部著名的大型企业集团---成都门里集团投资兴建，项目位于成都市中心锦江河畔，两栋副楼高245米，主楼高333米，建筑面积约30万平米，地上88层，地下5层，包括：七星级酒店、高级豪华公寓、博物馆、水上宴会厅和过街景观人行天桥等建筑。该工程不仅是目前西南地区在施最高建筑，同时也是西部首家七星级酒店。预计在2015年开幕
根据规划，成都文华东方酒店将位于顺江路一侧，总投资6亿美元(约合人民币40亿元)，项目在超六星级酒店、顶级豪华住宅之外，还将在300米的高空中建设空中博物馆。空中博物馆由中国传统博物馆与中国现代艺术博物馆组成，馆藏千余件国宝级藏品，以及大量闻名世界的艺术臻品，有望成为国内首屈一指的顶级博物馆。
除此之外，该项目还将横跨锦江，建成全球少有的世界级水上国际艺术中心。水上国际艺术中心整体呈桥型，将望江公园片区与九眼桥片区进行连接，其顶部绿草如茵，为连接锦江两岸的城市健康绿道，内部囊括水上博物馆、国际艺术中心、市民活动中心等设施，建成之后，将成为成都市民文化交流、休闲活动的绝佳去处。同时，这样一座具有丰富的社会和文化功能的水上建筑，更是城市发展的重要节点，将为国际城市规划、运营、建设提供最佳范本。
