Located at the southwest corner of Broadway and West 72nd Street, this 250,000-square-foot project will consist of 48,000 square feet of retail space with 17 floors of luxury rental apartments above.

The design takes full advantage of the obtuse angle of the corner site, creating a continuous facade instead of two separate ones. The retail space will feature 22-foot ceilings and 200 feet of wrap-around, uninterrupted glass storefront on one of Manhattan's busiest corners.

The project is LEED Silver certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
