Description:
The new 46-level tower is a cast-in-place high-rise office tower in Downtown Houston. 36-levels of office tower sit atop 10-levels of parking, two of which are below grade. The tower includes a curtainwall skin with horizontal sunshades and vertical fins. An outdoor sky garden is located on the 39th Level and is recessed into the building's structure. The project duration was four months of demolition followed by 33 months of construction.
