The 19th Leechard Prohair Shop opened in Ilsan.
The trend codes used in this project are Cyber and Goth.
The designer added Goth style, Which is popular in fashion and music,
to Leechard Prohair's cyber character.
The entrance with strong black tone for volume makes the space special in the building which is
covered with unorganized signs. The Goth character begins from the entrance. The lump of black
on the entrance is organically connected tothe counter.The counter is then linked to the small bar
inside. The Goth character on the entrance fluently connects to the counter and the bar.The black
tone is the most important element of Goth. the metal materials inside form organic treamlines thro-
ugh out the space. With the shiny and durable metal materials in a curvilinearform,customers f eel
as if they are entering a new cyber world. The steel flooring inside the salon also create pleasa-
nce in space. Rouhly sandpapered steel flooring creates different images according to light satur-
ation and intensity. The variation of light is directly reflected in to the flooring, creating illusion. the
illusion is another interpretation of Korean character which the designer showed through other pr-
ojects. He uses the variation of light on metal panel, resembling ink on white paper, to revive his
Korean character. This represents his creativity and variation with the use of Korean character.
