现状分析
Status analysis
“中国国乐岛”（北门岛）位于江阴主城区北部，地处北门历史街区核心地段，东
至君山路、南至五星桥、西至锡澄运河、北至北大街历史街区，总面积约220亩，是
江阴主城区唯一的四面环水自然岛。
北门岛区位独特，坐拥锡澄运河、毗邻长江、君山、北接滨江商务片区、东临城市
老城区、西临城市新组团，正处江阴城市东西发展轴和南北运河绿轴的交汇之处，
是江阴未来城市发展的中心区域。
"China Music Island"is located in the north of the main city of Jiangyin,in the core of the Beimen historic
District,east to Junshan Road,south to Five Star Bridge,west to Xicheng Canal,north to Beidajie historic
District,with a total area of about 220 mu,is the only natural island surrounded by water on all sides in the main

Beimen Island has a unique location,with Xicheng Canal,adjacent to the Yangtze River,Junshan,binjiang business
district in the north.the old city in the east,and the new city cluster in the west.It is located at the
intersection of the east-west development axis of Jiangyin city and the green axis of the north-south canal,and is
the central area of the future urban development of Jiangyin.
